Easy lives in Houston TX with his owner Debby Quigley.
Easy is a very accomplished dog. Not only is he an Obedience Trial Champion, but he has also earned 8 perfect scores of 200 in the obedience ring.
Easy is also a breed champion and has earned titles in tracking and herding. And he has completed the requirements for the BCSA versatility award.
Easy is now retired from obedience and agility competition due to an injury but he still goes regularly with Debby when she gives seminars and shows that age hasn't slowed him down much!
Even though he had already earned his TD when he was just 6 months old, Easy & Debby participated in the first ever tracking test at the BCSA national specialty. They passed again!
Easy was High in Trial at the same show that he finished his CH!!
EASY AND DEBBY WERE FIRST RUNNERS-UP AT THE AKC OBEDIENCE INVITATIONAL IN 2000.
In January of 2000, Cheli and I flew to Houston so that she could be bred to Easy.
The littter, born March 15, 2000, had three puppies -- 2 females and 1 male.
The puppies are following in the multi-faceted footsteps of their parents!!
Debby owns Dogwood Dog Training in Houston TX.
She also gives wonderful seminars and camps throughout the country.
Sadly, Easy passed away on Oct 20, 2008. He was 17.5 years old.
I got the chance to see him one last time in August 2008 and he still looked pretty good -- he was a GREAT dog and will be sorely missed. He lives on in his kids and grandkids, all of whom excel in everything they try. Easy instilled many of his fabulous qualities in his kids and he will always be remembered as a great dog.
